Exhausted but happy for extended daylight.
I swear, this entire week has been me waking up cranky and dragging myself out of bed. I somehow survive work and come home excited for all the extra daylight in the evening. Then I can't fall asleep until midnight or later. Lather, rinse, repeat. I'm writing this post Friday night in hopes of sleeping in VERY late on Saturday morning. Please?
As always, please feel free to participate in the comments or by adding a link to your six words on your own blog by using Mr. Linky. And if you'd like, feel free to use the custom-designed (by moi) button - the actual code is listed in the entry above if you need it. Also, if you're the person who requested the button, umm, sorry it took so long that I forgot who you are. Not my best moment.
UPDATE: Apparently my button is not playing nice. Feel free to just upload it as a photo or link directly to it. I'll see if I can
UPDATE #2: I put the code in a text box. I hope that helps the folks who had problems with the button today. Sorry! I swear, I have a Computer Science degree and on my

I'm sooooo with you on this one! I've been getting up with my alarm all week just to train myself into being productive, but today...I got up at the time I WOULD have if my alarm went off, but now I'm going BACK to bed! :P
"I love baby milk down tshirt" (not)
I can't get the button to work. WAAAAAHHHH!!!!
I do not care for DST until I get used to it - which is mid-summer, usually. Ugh.
Can't get the button to work, either. :( It's awesome, though, and I might try just uploading it as a photo. You have quite a talent, Cate.
I'm not the fan of daylight savings time rigt now. It makes the drive to work sooo much longer in the dark. But, I am now officially on Spring Break! Yay!
And I just added a picture of the button since the link itself wouldn't work. :(
Isn't it awesome the way a little extra daylight can be so invigorating? Please don't forget my Silly Sunday Sweepstakes tomorrow...you'll get a charge of of that, too!
I get to sleep in next weekend because hockey ends! Oh, wait... we have company coming. Shoot.
that is EXACTLY how i have been feeling all week! is that what it is? some sort of time change jet lag? but i do love the extra daylight. my kids are taking advantage of it... now if the sunny weather will just follow.
My six words today are:
Please pray at noon for Braja.
If you haven't heard already, Braja was in a serious car accident on her way to the airport last week. Poke around, I have an update on the noon prayer idea at my blog, and Vodka Mom's been covering it like crazy. Also, a friend of Braja's has been updating comments at her blog to keep everyone posted as well. There are links to the story everywhere.
It's Pi Day! Eat some pie!
The button worked fine for me.
I'm quite pleased with the longer days, although it also means the cats think we ought to be getting up earlier in the morning. But it is so nice to have daylight in the evenings after work. I hope you get a good lie-in this morning.
Yep, more daylight is cool...although it feels like I am early for everything now instead of late. Confusing.
Done.
I'm wondering when my "snark" will return?
I'm more sick of myself than you guys are. ;-)
I love the more daylight! And, I don't really sleep anyways, so it's all the same to me on the sleep front. Unfortunately. :)
spring is here. summer hurry up. i love this idea.
Back after two weeks away...moving from an apartment to a house took a lot of time! Thanks again for being our gracious six-word host! :)
My fiancee Mr. W encouraged me to join in the Six Word fun! Hope you like my entry and thanks!
Sassy Britches - I did the same thing. Woke up at alarm time, wide awake. Forced myself back to sleep.
mo.stoneskin - you again with that sarcasm. Or not. Baby milk better than baby barf?
Debbi - punch it in the face!!
RAS - I'm hoping to be changed over to DST by Monday morning. Or I'll cry. Sorry my button fails.
Just say Julie - enjoy break!
Melissa - I plan to check it out tomorrow for sure!
Sarah - put the mister on breakfast duty!
Deb - we had sun earlier in the week. Weekend? Time for rain and doom and gloom.

Cate..love the button!! no sun here, just clouds and chilly, but more buds are coming out of the ground which means beautiful flowers aren't that far behind!
Hi, I found your blog through Are You Sassified and I love it!
Cool Six Word Satruday!
I'll do mine here:
I am very sore from exercising!
:) And, now I'm a follower!
I love the button! Daylight savings is so hard to adjust to. It's worth it for the extra light at the end of the day though.
Yaya - I think a happy Yaya is my favorite kind so YAY!!!
Kimber - my day lilies are poking through as well. So excited!
Peggy - sounds painful. But thanks for stopping by and following!
Tiffany - missed you while I was replying. I'm so glad nobody told me they think my button sucks. Other than the button not always cooperating... Sorta like me!
This was fun Cate! I don't think I've participated before, but I am a follower! Will have to do this more often! Blessings! Lisa
I can't get it work EITHER!!
But, I LOVE DST!!!
K - apparently I can't TYPE!
I can't get the button to work either. :) But I still love ya!
cw2smom - glad you enjoyed it and even more glad for followers. :)
Donnetta - English is optional on this blog. Sometimes I use it, sometimes apparently I don't. I tried to make the code better for the button but I'm not sure if it helped or not. Sorry!
One of these days I'll figure out how to use six, and only six, words! :)
I don't know what it was about this daylight savings, but it through me for a loop too.
Great 6 words!
Work, what's that? I am retired.

TMC - if you figure that out, be sure to report back!
Wife O Riley - I'm never going to catch up with this DST. I slept until after 9 again today.
Sparky - lol, great six words!
I completely forgot it was six-words Saturday. Here's why:
