Joe's work has once again dictated our evening. Only this time, more extreme than others.
With 24 hours notice, Joe had to fly to DC for a seminar. He'll be gone less than 24 hours and I'm fine with it.
So what do I do on a night alone? I run completely amuck (why isn't "amuck" recognized by spellcheck?). Totally crazy. Wild woman.
AKA: Three glasses of Chardonnay, a rogue quesadilla, and back episodes of The Mentalist.
This girl knows how to rebel, no? I bet you're all sad you weren't invited to my party.
P.S. Also, I watched Lost without him. And promised to save it for him. And out of habit, I watched it, reached the end, and hit "Stop and Delete". Crap.

Sass - He's very rarely away overnight though almost always occupied downstairs in the evenings. I enjoy my occasional nights flying solo.

blognut - I only stayed up so late because I was waiting for Joe to call. Yeah, that's it! And I was in bed at 11:30. That's not so late! I blame the naked Russians and their free laptops.

Don't they still do that re-run the last week's episode right before the next week's thing? That's actually even better because they have all the extra info running along the bottom of the screen. If he's upset, put that spin on it!

Captain Dumbass - I already told him that Sawyer was forced to kill Sayid at the end. So sad. And Kate doesn't prance around in her underwear anymore because all that island hopping gave her stretch marks.
