Six Word Saturday

It's that time again, kids! What time? Howdy Doody Time! Six Word Saturday Time!

Here's what you do:: Describe your life (or something) in just six words. For more information, try clicking here.

Here's what you DON'T do: You don't go putting your link into Mr. Linky all willy nilly if you didn't participate. That's just plain foolishness and I won't abide by it. Don't make me give you an award!

Ok, anyways, my six words:
sometimes the little things feel big

Please share your six words either in the comments or on your blog - be sure to use Mr. Linky below so we can all visit! And here's the code to link back with the shiny button if you like:

Note: I'm really hoping Mr. Linky is working. They sent out a notice that they're making some changes to decrease their server load (and downtime). Let's cross our fingers!

Great sentiment! So right! Little things sometimes really do seem HUGE.

Happy saturday!

yes, they can and do, unless the little thing is me (I'm only 4'9") then it always feels small lol!

Here's hoping those little things that feel big are GOOD rather than not so much. :)

True.

So true...because we live in the moment, those little things can surely become magnified (good and bad).

it is important that big things seem little! thanks for your comment, and -yes- my painting did smell wonderful to start with, not any more...tee hee.

Linked to both my blogs--hopefully we'll get lots of responses at The One-Minute Writer, where this is today's prompt.

I like your 6W today--meaningful and pretty. :) Yes, sometimes the little things seem bigger than the big things.

Remember the reason for Memorial Day.

How profound for a Saturday morning! This is why I hate that saying don't sweat the small stuff, because sometimes it's all about the small stuff! Happy long weekend!

Wait... you mean we can't just go around plugging our blogs to every Mr. Linky we see? I don't know... six words seems like an awful lot to ask.

The little things. You're right about that, good or bad, sometimes they seem huge. I hope your little things are good.

Thank you so much for all the replies and participation. And yes, my little things have been both good and bad. Tis the way the world turns!

Fabulous 6WS, as always!
I'll be back later, if I find the time and inspiration, but I still wanted to give some comment love!

P.s. I love the saying "willy nilly"! So funny!

I know just what you mean.

And on a Saturday to boot!

Yep. Sometimes they do.

When it's a bad thing, they eventually shrink back down to little again. When it's a good thing, they usually stay big.

First time doing 6 word saturdays, yay! I got a good one on the 3rd try, took me a few seconds to get creative.

I couldn't agree more with the whole "little things seeming big". It happens sometimes, even if we don't want it to!!

even more if you are a "not so well endowed" man.

and i totally wish i could let the little things go...it's like i constantly have to ask myself "is this really important in life?". that gets tiring, ya know?

Call Me Cate said...

I'm surprised it took so long for a couple of you to go "there" with my six words. You have no idea how much I wanted to add a disclaimer or explanation but I proudly resisted.

Read your profile. I liked those sugar daddy's too when I was young. It was one of my favorite candies...wait a minute... you were talking about the other kind of sugar dadddy... ohhh, well those aren't bad either.lol

you are so very right sometimes either good or bad the little things do seem big. The little things in life that trouble us can ruin our day and the little things in life that are good can brighten our day and our smile
