I wish you were wrong, Cate. I'd like my daydreaming to make me rich. So far, no luck. My other half suggests I make a plan and work toward my goals. Sheesh.
ReplyDeleteWorking hard ensures
ReplyDeleteyou will get results, although
you may have to wait.
Yeah, that's why it's called work! how about these six: "pride in a job well done"
ReplyDeleteThat's so true, and how many people don't know that these days!
ReplyDeleteHappy 6WS!
Very true - but some people work awfully hard and never earn their just rewards.Life is just not fair sometimes! (six words ;-})
ReplyDeleteSorry about the first listing, I messed up the Mr. Linky! Try the second one.
ReplyDeleteHo hum, it's Saturday so soon
ReplyDeleteHappy 6WS you all
Happy 6WS especially Cate
Just when do you sleep
Puzzle: how do I say 6SW in one syllable?
..
Very true !! Have a great Sat.
ReplyDeleteCaroline :)
But I just hate hard work.
ReplyDeleteAnd when you work hard and get results, the feeling of pride is sheer magic! Maybe a bit of relief too!
ReplyDeleteI agree, although isn't it sometimes a bummer that we can't just be handed what we want? I mean, come on! :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
I just hate that. Hard work, I mean.
ReplyDeleteso true! And so many people today expect big things without investing the work to produce them. That statement is SO true! Happy 6WS
ReplyDeleteSo true! And I've got a couple of presents for you, Cate, over at my place today. Just a small token, to thank you for hosting SWS every week...
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely!
ReplyDeleteNow get back to work :)
Peace - Rene
Haven't done this in a while! Good to be back. ;)
ReplyDeleteAhh but it's wonderful when the unexpected happens :)

ReplyDeleteOh my, how I know! But sometimes the results are SO worth it! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDelete"Can't expect results without hard work."

ReplyDeletePhew! Made it to 6WS just in time.
ReplyDeleteSounds a lot like working out. Which I need to do, because even when I'm eating salads and whole grain cereal, I'm still drinking mochas and Coke. Caffeine addict, me? Happy 6WS

ReplyDeleteNot sure why people are having trouble seeing Mr. Linky - he doesn't have an expiration date and I see him this morning. I'll look into it if it keeps happening.
